5 universities

Film, Production and Technology in Birmingham University, 4 year sandwich Degree: I like this university because it offers the sandwich Degree, which I think it would be better for me to do and the subjects are exactly what I like. Furthermore 93% are satisfied with Media studies in this university.

Film & Media and Film Production in University of Central Lancashire, 3 year full-time Degree: I like this university because I like the Degree subjects and I have some familiar friends living in Lancaster so I think I would ask for their help if I needed something.

Media Technology in University of Glamorgan, Cardiff and Pontypridd, 4 year sandwich Degree: I like this university because I think the Degree is interesting and I prefer doing the 4 years sandwich Degree.

Criminology and Media & Communication in Liverpool Hope University, 3 year full-time Degree: I find this degree really interesting and I think Criminology is a curious subject and I would like to know more about that, so I think this degree may be interesting.

Film, Television and Digital Media Production in Regent’s College, London, 3 year full-time Degree: I like the subject of the Degree, that’s why I chose this College. I would like to study in London because I think is an interesting city with a lot of opportunities.

Nine-month plan

In five year’s time I want to work as a Film Producer for a Films Agency. I will go to university to study Media Technology or Media and Communication or Film Production and Technology and then study a Master of Cinema in order to introduce myself a little bit more into the Cinema world. I love the Cinema and the films and I really want to work doing that and being a part of this world. I like working with people and I really enjoy talking about that subject. My cousin is a Casting Director and he’s always explainig to me how this wors, the good and the bad things. I love photography as well and I spend as much time as possible working with cameras and computers.
I will need to develop Technical knowledge as there are always new things and things that are constantly improving. I will need to learn more about how to use the computers and I’ll need to organise a little bit more my time. I will try to look for the best universities to do my degree. For the moment I’ve heard abour Salford University, in Manchester. Furthermore, I will need to improve my English and do well in my Foundation Year. For this year, I’ll try to do my best in order to be able to go to the my first choice university. I will need to learn about how universities work in the UK because I’ve veen in the university in Spain but it¡s quite different.
My personal statement should be finished by December and then, I’ll try to apply to 5 universities I would choose. I will need to do the IELTS exam for the next year in order to go to university in the UK, so, I will need to learn about the Academic English. On the other hand, this year, I want to have my driving license during the Christmas Holidays, I want to be an independent student, I would like to have a job about Media if it’s possible to learn more about the subject and I’ll try to enjoy and learn a lot about England and its culture.
